The minimum withdrawal to a Mandiri bank account is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB. Standard processing time to Mandiri is 30 minutes to 3 hours after approval, depending on network load. To withdraw, your Mandiri account must already be registered and verified under your 7jitu account — we do not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or accounts registered in another person's name.

Yes. 7jitu supports deposits and withdrawals via OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum e-wallet deposit is Rp 25.000 and the minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
